Click on your name in the top right corner.
Click on Account Settings.
In the Advanced menu.
Click on the Lead Routing item.
Click on the ADD ROUTING button in the top right corner.
A new window will open.
You will need to fill in all of the options in the window.
You will see 5 Options:
- What do you want to call this Routing Rule?
- Route Anyone in this Territory
- Who has their Status changed to any of these
- With any of these Descriptive Tags
- Route to the selected Team Members
What do you want to call this Routing Rule?:
Here you can enter a Name or an easy Reference. You can call this Routing Rule anything you like.
Route Anyone in This Territory:
Select the Territory or Sub-Territory. The People in this Territory that have the chosen Status and Tags will be routed to this Team Member. You can only select one.
Who has their Status Changed to any of these:
Select the Status types you want Routed to this Team Member. The People in the Territory with the specific Statuses that you choose will be Routed. You can select as many Statuses as you like.
With any of these Descriptive Tags:
Select the Tags you want Routed to this Team Member. The People in the Territory with these specific Tags will be Routed to this Team Member. You can select as many Tags as you like.
Route to the selected Team Members:
Select the Team Members you want to receive these People. You can select as many Team Members as you like.
Once you've made all of your selections.
Click on the SAVE button in the bottom right corner.
