For legal reasons, we cannot have our agents use their personal mobile number to launch text message campaigns. Because of this we have allowed users to generate a random number for free that text campaigns can be sent from.
The number is unique to the agent. The generated number will have the same area code as the linked mobile number. The number cannot be changed. The uniquely generated number should be linked to a mobile number of the agent's choosing.
When a homeowner responds to the text campaign sent from the generated number, the message will be sent directly to the linked mobile number.

Setup the text number:
- Click on your name in the right-hand corner. A menu will open.
- Select 'Account Settings' from the drop-down menu.
- Locate the 'Profile' module (shown above).
- Select 'Setup TXT Number' from the module.
In the 'Link to this Mobile Number' bar the number from your profile information will be listed. Example shown below:
Click on the button 'GENERATE OFFRS.COM NUMBER' in the bottom right corner. The page will refresh.
(Note: If you have previously generated a number click 'Cancel This Number' if you want to input a different number to be linked to the offrs generated number.)
It will now say 'offrs.com Phone Number' to the left of the phone number listed.
The phone number now listed will be the uniquely generated number that homeowners will see when text campaigns are sent to their phones. If anyone should reply to the text campaign it will be forwarded to your personal number linked to the offrs number.
