Purpose:
We want you to be able to include a link in your email campaigns sent through offrs. You can create a link and it's attached text from scratch, attach a link to pre-existing text in the email, or make an image a clickable link.

You have several options on how you can include your link:

  • Add a Link & Text
  1. Place your mouse cursor where you want the link to appear and click so that the blinking line is where you want the link inserted.
  2. Click the 'Insert' dropdown at the top and select 'Link.' A box will appear asking for details.
  3. URL - Enter the FULL URL address here. DO NOT FORGET to include the (http://www.) portion of the URL or the link will not work.
  4. Text to Display - This is what text will appear that will be clickable. The system will automatically make it the URL but you can change it to whatever you'd like after entering the URL.
  5. Title - This is the text that will appear after a second if the person hovers over the link with their mouse.
  6. Target - This dropdown has two options. Select 'NONE' if you want the link to take them from their current website to a new one. Select 'NEW WINDOW' if you want the link to open in a new window.
  7. Click 'OK' when you are done. The link should now be visible. It will appear with an underline in the builder page and in the preview it will look like blue text (standard for a link.)
  • Add a Link to Pre-Existing Text
  1. Click and highlight with your cursor the text you want to make into a clickable link.
  2. Click the 'Insert' dropdown at the top and select 'Link.' A box will appear asking for details.
  3. URL - Enter the FULL URL address here. DO NOT FORGET to include the (http://www.) portion of the URL or the link will not work.
  4. Text to Display - This should already be filled in with the text that you are making into a clickable link.
