Click on the 'CAMPAIGNS' tab at the top of your screen and select 'LETTER'

Select the people you'd like to receive this campaign by either typing their tag into the search bar or by clicking one of the tags shown.

A page will appear informing you of the number of people who will receive this campaign.

Be advised: If doesn't currently have any global templates and no custom templates have been made for this campaign type and its associated tag, you will be taken directly to the 'CREATE A NEW CAMPAIGN FROM SCRATCH' template.

Choose the template you'd like to use from the options available by clicking the 'CHOOSE' button.

The letter template will appear. You'll see the name as well as the body of the letter.

At the bottom of the window, you'll see buttons to include the person's first name, your letter signature, your logo as a header, and a dropdown to change the font with a brief description of what each looks like...

... a button that initiates a pop-up giving examples of each font style...

... and a dropdown to change the letter size.

When finished, clicked the 'SEND CAMPAIGN' button at the top right. You'll be taken to a preview screen that allows you to see what the letter will look like.

When satisfied with the letter, assign the date you would like it sent and click the green button labeled 'OK. I APPROVE. SEND IT!'

(NOTE: Most campaigns will not be sent right away because they must pass through our approval system where we check for any errors. We want to make sure you come across as friendly and professional as possible! Please allow up to 24 hours for approval.)
