First, make sure all of the Information in your Profile is filled out.
Especially your Address.
The Address you enter into your Profile will be used as the Return Address for your Letter Campaign.

Click on the CAMPAIGN tab at the top of the page.
A menu will load.
Click on the LETTER button.
A new page will load.

Choose the Tag you want to Launch the Campaign to.
You can choose a Tag from the bottom of the page or use the Search Bar to Search for a different Tag.
You can only choose 1 Tag.

The System will then make sure you have enough Monthly Allotment Messages to Launch the Campaign.
If you don't have enough Monthly Allotment Messages.
The System will give you the option to make a one time payment, so you can Purchase enough Messages to Launch this Campaign.
This Purchase will not affect your standard Monthly Allotment Messages or your Monthly Licensing Fee.
Click the button near the bottom left corner to continue.

Your offrs Account comes Pre-Loaded with lots of Templates that you can use.
Some Templates were specially made for specific Tags.
You can choose one of these Templates or create your Campaign from scratch.

You can Create your Campaign in the Type your Letter ... near the bottom of the page.
Your Letter will have a Character Limit you must stay in.
Your Exact Character Limit will vary depending on the Size and Style of Font you use.
There is a Counter below the Type your Letter ... section to help you stay within the limit.

You can also access the rest of the Templates in your offrs Account.
Click on the Menu Icon near the top left corner of the page.
A menu will open.
Click on the Load Templates item.
A window will open.
Click on the Bar in the middle of the window.
A menu will open.
Click on the Template you want to use.
Click the LOAD TEMPLATE button near the bottom right corner of the window.
The Template will Load into the Type your Letter ... section.

Once you Load a Template.
You can Edit or Change it in anyway you like.

To Save your own Templates.
Click on the SAVE AS TEMPLATE button near the top left corner of the page.

Once you Create your Message.
You can choose the Type and Size of the Font you want to use.
Below the ENTER TEXT HERE section.
You will see a button that says VIEW FONTS.
Click the VIEW FONTS button and a new window will open.
This will give you a Preview of all of the Fonts.
Click on the Bar to the left of the VIEW FONTS button to choose the Font you want to use.
Click on the Bar to the right of the VIEW FONTS button to choose the Size of your Font.

Above the VIEW FONT, you will see 3 Options you can make:

  • Include First Name as first word in the Letter
  • Include your Letter Signature 
  • Include your Logo as a Header 

Include First name as first word in the Letter:

If you select this Option. The receivers First Name will appear at the top of the Letter.

Include your Letter Signature:

If you select this Option. The Letter Signature you uploaded into your Profile will appear at the bottom of the Letter.

Include your Logo as a Header:

If you select this Option. The Logo you uploaded into your Profile will appear at the top, center of the Letter.

NOTE: The Letter's Writing will be generated in ink that is Dark Blue.  Color Code 

Hex: #000F55

RGB: rgb(0,15,85)

Once you've made your selections.
Click the SAVE button in the top left corner of the page.
This will Save your Letter as a Draft that you can go back and view anytime in the View All Campaigns section.
This will also allow you to Preview your Letter with all of the choices you made.

To Preview your Letter.
Click on the Menu Icon near the top left corner of the page.
A menu will open.
Click on the Preview item.
A new page will load.

Sometimes the PDF Preview does not automatically load.
Click the Generate the PDF...click this link to view item near the bottom left corner.
That will open up the PDF Preview Window.

Click the EDIT button near the top left corner to go back and make any Changes you want to the Letter.

Once your Letter looks the way you like.
Click the SEND CAMPAIGN button near the top left corner.
A new page will Load.
Here you can Preview your Letter again.

You have 2 Options to Send the Letter.
You can choose the Date you want the Letter Sent at the top of the page.
You can also Print and Mail the Letter yourself.

NOTE: If you Print and Mail the Letter yourself. The Recipient's Name will not be at the top of the Letter. You can Create one Generic Letter. Print and Mail to as many People as you like. Make sure you Un-Select the Include First name as first word in the Letter Option on the Create Campaign Page.

If you want to Print and Mail the Letter yourself.
In the PDF Preview Window.
Click on the Download button near the top right corner of the window. 

If you choose to have us Print and Mail the Letters for you.
Select the Date you want the Campaign sent in the What Date do you want to Send?
Click on the OKAY. I APPROVE. SEND IT! button near the top right corner.

To View your Campaign.
Click on the Campaigns tab at the top of the page.
A menu will open.
Click on the VIEW ALL CAMPAIGNS button.
A new page will load.

This is where you can View your Letter Campaigns that you:

  • Sent
  • Saved as Draft
  • Scheduled to be Launched at a later date
