We have provide live training twice a day everyday Monday through Friday.  Our users are highly encouraged to take the live training and even to take it multiple times if desired.  There is a lot of valuable information covered in each session.

Make sure that you have a strong internet and phone connection for training.  If you have technical issues during the session you are able to retake the training.  

There is a Q&A after the first portion of the training.  You will be able to ask any questions that you may have.  Please, be considerate of the other people in the session.

To sign up:

  1.  Click on your name in the right hand corner.
  2.  Click on 'Get Help'.
  3.  Click on 'Want Live? Pick a Good Time.' from the training section.
  4.  Select a day, time, and click on 'Confirm'.

After confirming the day and time, you will be asked for your name and email address.

Important: When you enter your email address you will only be sent information about the training session. We will not share your email address with any other company.

When your selected date and time approaches, you will be sent an email with information on how to join the training session.  We also have that information available at offrs.com/training.

When the date and the time approaches:

  1. Call the number 1-860-970-0010.  Wait for the recorded voice.
  2. You will be prompted to enter the room number 936-107-752#.  You will enter the room.
  3.  Go to the site Join.me/offrsroom1 .  You might need to copy the url and paste it into your web browser address bar.

From here you will see a window in the middle of the screen.

  1. Enter your name in the bar at the bottom of the screen.
  2.  Click the 'Join' button to the right.
  3.  You will now be able to view the session.
