We partner with several digital and physical campaign companies to make it easy for you to send out marketing right from your offrs platform. Some of these campaigns can be send to many people from the 'Launch Campaign' page while others are sent on a one-off basis through the lead's profile. You are provided a monthly allotment for each campaign type. Once you exceed your monthly allotment of each provided campaign type, you may send more for an additional cost. This cost is what we are charged to send the campaign.

Your campaign allotment renewal date for a territory is the same as the territory license date.

For example:

  • If you licensed on the 3rd, your allotment will refill on the 3rd of each month.
  • If you licensed on the 31st and there aren't as many days the next month, your allotment will refill on the previous date (the 28th of February or the 30th of September.)

To find this date:

1. Click your name in the top right corner next to your photo.

2. Select 'Account Settings.'

3. Scroll down until you locate the 'Account' module on the left side.

4. Select the 'Licenses' option.

You will see your licensed territories and their start dates. These dates are when the allotment for that territory renew.

(If you do not see a module for 'Account,' then you are a shared team member. You will need to reach out to the territory owner who will be able to access this page and let you know the date. You can also email us at support@offrs.com and we will look up the date for you.)
