Many states require realtors to add a disclaimer to marketing materials.  A disclaimer can be added if there are concerns of the marketing campaigns violating any laws.

Adding a disclaimer:

  1.  Click on your name in the right hand corner.
  2.  Select 'Account Settings'.
  3.  Locate the 'Profile' module
  4.  Click on 'Signatures' within the 'Profile' module.
  5.  Locate 'Disclaimer' at the bottom of the signatures.
  6.  Enter the desired disclaimer.
  7.  Click 'Save'.

The disclaimer will be included in Letters and Reports.
