- Click on 'Tags'.
- Click on 'Tag Automation' located near the top right corner.

- Search for the tag that you are looking to have the tag automation run for.
- Once you have selected the preferred tag, click on 'View Tag Automation Rules'.
The image above shows the menu that populates where you are able to 'Add Tags' or 'Remove Tags'.
In the 'Choose A Tag' search bar, select the tag you wish to alter the automation for.
Once you have selected the tag, click on 'View Tag Automation Rules'.
You will see two options:
- Add Tags
- Remove Tags
Add Tags: This is where you are able to choose the tags you want to have added automatically when the selected tag is applied.
For example: If you select the tag 'Quinoa Street' and you set up a rule to add the tag 'Condo' automatically, every time you apply the 'Quinoa Street' tag to a lead, the 'Condo' tag will also be added.
Remove Tags: This is where you choose the tags you want to have automatically removed when you add a selected tag.
For example: If you select the 'Quinoa Street' tag and you set up a rule that removes the 'Nurture' tag. Now every time the 'Quinoa Street' tag is applied to a lead the 'Nurture' tag is removed.
Depending on if you would like to add or remove rules, search for the 'Add Rule' button to the right of each option.
After clicking on 'Add Rule' a menu will populate. Within the menu you will be able to choose a tag and create a tag rule.
Once you have selected 'Create a Tag Rule' you will see the selection made listed under 'Add Tags' or 'Remove Tags'.
You are able to delete the chose made after you have created the rule. Locate the trash can icon to the right of the created rule.
