Over 20 of our Top Tier data providers collect contact information which we make available to you right in the homeowner's profile.  If there is a person missing a phone number or email address, we have made it available for our users to click on a button to request more information straight from our top data providers.  If the information is publicly available, it will be gathered by our providers and the information will populate within a matter of seconds.  If the additional information is unavailable, it will not fill in.  We understand the importance of having multiple opportunities for contacting leads in order to get the necessary touches made.

To 'Request More Data':

  1.  Locate the particular person within the 'Lead Dashboard'.
  2. Click on the name of the person you would like to acquire more data on.
  3. Locate the 'Contact Module' on the left-hand side of the profile page.
  4. Click on the button 'Request More Data'.  This is located within the 'Contact Module' and in the right-hand corner.

After you click the button a 'Data Append' loading screen will appear.  When it is done loading you will need to click on the button 'See New Data'.
