Users may want to remove existing signatures for various reasons. Reasons include that the current content for the marketing signatures is not to personal branding standards or preferences, the content is no longer valid, etc.

  1.  Click on your name in the right hand corner.
  2.  Select 'Account Settings' in the menu that populates.
  3.  Locate the 'Profile' module to the left hand side.
  4.  Select 'Photo & Logo' from the module.

HTML Email Signature:

  1.  Highlight content.
  2.  Delete content using your keyboard.
  3.  Click on the 'Save' button on the right side.

Once you click 'Save' the page will refresh and at the top of the screen you will see the following:

Image Email Signature:

  1.  Locate the 'Remove' button to the bottom right, below the image.  Click 'Remove'.
  2.  Click on 'Save'.

Letter Signature:

  1.  Locate the 'Remove' button to the bottom right.  This will be below the current letter signature.
  2.  Click 'Remove'.
  3.  Click 'Save'.

Text Message Signature:

  1.  Highlight the current content.
  2.  Press 'Delete' on your keyboard.
  3.  Press 'Save'.

  2.  Press 'Delete' on your keyboard.
  3.  Press 'Save'.

Important: If you do not save the work you have done, it will not remain and the previous content will load once again.
