Purpose:  In order to assist our users with managing their leads and to help keep our users on track we have made creating a reminder for yourself and your team available.

1. Locate the Lead that you wish to set a reminder for.

2. Click on the lead's name and you will be directed to their personal page.

3. Locate the 'Add Note' button containing the pencil icon.

4. Click on the 'Add Note' button.  A menu will open.

5. Click on the 'Set a Reminder' option.  A calendar will open.

6.  Select the date you wish to be notified.

7.  Click on the 'Save' button located in the bottom right corner.

On the date that the reminder is set you will receive a notification email.  You are able to leave yourself detailed notes and select other specifics such as type of touch, status change for the lead, and assigning the task.
