To Access the Licenses page.
Click on Your Name in the top right corner.
A menu will open.
Click on the Account Settings item.
In the Account menu.
Click on the Licenses item.
The Licenses page is where you can View your Licensed Territories and Assign Platform Seats to your Team Members.
There are 2 Tables.
The top Table is where you can View your Licenses.
There are 5 Columns:
- Start Date
- Monthly Fee
This will show you what Type of Territory you have. Most Territories are Smart Data Territory.
You will see a String of Numbers. This String of Numbers is your Territories GEOID. That's how we can find your Territory. If you click on the GEOID. You will be able to View your Contract for that Territory.
This will show you the Date your Territory was Licensed. This Date is Important. Because this is the Date that your Monthly Allotment Messages renew.
EXAMPLE: If your Start Date is on June 12th. That means that your Monthly Allotment Messages will Renew on the 12th of Every Month.
This will show you what your Monthly Fee is for each of your Territories.
This will show you how long your Contract is From the Start Date.
The second Table is where you can Assign Platform Seats to your Team Members.
