Purpose:
We have implemented this feature in order to help our users communicate properly between team members and to stay on top of tasks with reminders.

Assigning a task:

  1. Click the 'Search Leads' button within the 'Smart Leads' module located on the home-screen.
  2. Locate the desired person using the 'Search Criteria' menu on the left hand side of the 'Lead Dashboard'.
  3. Click on the name of the person.
  4. Locate the and click on the 'Add Note' button underneath the campaign options.

A menu will drop down where you are able to add the desired content to the 'Add a Note...' section.  You will also be able to record the type of touch you request to be made, a status change, and you are able to select a date for the reminder.  If you have a team you are also able to select which team member or team members you would like to assign the task to.  

Make sure you click on the 'Save' button when you have filled out the required content.
