We understand the importance of staying organized and on task while nurturing leads and reaching out to homeowners. Updating all results allows our users to leave notes, add statuses, or assign leads to teammates. Updating can be applied to larger groups or even a small handful of people depending on the targeted audience.
- Locate the 'Smart Leads' module in the center of the home screen.
- Click on the 'Search Leads' button within the 'Smart Leads' module.
- Using the 'Search Criteria' menu locate the desired leads you wish to update.
- Locate the 'Gear Icon' in the search results. It is located next to 'Add Person' to the top right hand side.
- Click on the 'Gear Icon'.
- Select 'Update All Results'. A pop up menu will populate.
From the pop up menu you are able to type notes to add, status to update, tag to select, which team member to assign the task to. When you have completed filling out the necessary info within the pop-up menu click on 'Process Update'.
Submitting this request will update all the people in the search results. For example, if you select the options to tag all of them HOT and record a touch of DIRECT MAIL. Then all properties that were in the search results you were viewing will be updated with this information.
