To Access your Profile.
Click on Your Name in the top right corner.
A menu will open
Click on Account Settings.

You will see the Profile menu first, near the top left corner.

IMPORTANT: It's Crucial that you go over Each item in the Profile menu. There are many things we Cannot do unless we have this Information. Such as Launching Campaigns. The Majority of the issues Clients have with their Account, usually stem from the fact that they have not Entered all of their Information into their Profile.


My Profile is the first Item in the Profile menu.

This is where you Enter all of your Basic Contact Information..

Profile Information:

  • Name
  • Company
  • Title
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Website
  • Address

Name:

Enter in your First and Last Name. In the Correct bars.

Company:

Enter your Company's Name along with any other Information you may need to add for Legal purposes.

Title:

Enter your Title along with any other Information you may need to add for Legal purposes. 

Email:

You can Enter 2 different Email Addresses. The Email Address in the bar to the left, is your Primary Email Address. This will be the Email Address that you will use to Login to your offrs Account. It will also be the Email Address that all Notifications will be sent to.

Phone:

You can Enter 2 different Phone Numbers. The bar to the right is for your Mobile Number. The left you can use for a Non-Mobile Business Number or Landline.

Website:

If you have a Personal or Business Website that you want used in your Branding. Enter it in here.

Address:

This Address will be used as the Return Address for any Campaign you Launched involving Physical Mail


After you Enter in your Information.
Click on the blue SAVE button in the bottom right corner.

Password is the next item in the Profile menu.

Here you can view what your Current Password.

To Change your Password.
Enter your New Password in the Change Password bar.
Click the SAVE button near the bottom right corner.
This is now your New Password.

Photo & Logo is the next item in the Profile menu.

This is where you can Upload a Photo of yourself and your Companies Logo.
These will be used in your Campaigns.

Each section will show you the Recommended Dimensions, Size, and Format.

Make sure your Image fits the Dimensions, Size, and Format.
Click the Choose File button.
A window will open.
Find and Choose the Image you want in your Computer.
Click the SAVE button near the bottom right corner.

Signatures is the next item in the Profile menu.

This is where you're going to Setup the Signatures for the different Campaigns:

  • Email
  • Letter
  • Text
  • Disclaimer

Email:

You have 2 different Options for Creating your  Email Signature.

Letter:

This is where you can Upload an Image to be used as your Letter Signature.

Text:

This is where you can create a Signature for the Text Message Campaign.

Disclaimer:
Many States require Disclaimers to appear at the bottom of Messages Sent. You can also use Disclaimers if you are worried about your Messages Violating any Laws.

Setup TXT Number is the last item in the Profile menu.

This is where you are going to Setup the Number that your Text Messages are going to be sent from.

For many Legal Reasons, we cannot Launch Text Message Campaigns using your Personal Mobile Number.
That's why everyone with an offrs Account will have their own Unique and Randomly Generated Number that their Text Message Campaign will be sent from.

Make sure that you've Added your Mobile Number into your Profile
