There are 2 Different ways you can Access the Submit Ticket Page

You can go to offrs.com/Ticket.

You can also Access the Submit Ticket Page through your offrs Account.

Click on Your Name in the top right corner.
A menu will open.
Click on the Get Help item.

On the Get Help Page.
Click on the Submit Ticket button.

This will take you to the Submit Ticket Page.

It's Important to give us as much Information as possible about the Issue that you have.
This way our Team can go in and Investigate.

To Submit a Ticket:

The first 2 sections are Best Email for Replay and Best Phone to Call.
Enter your Contact Information.

Click on the bar under the Which Territory has the Issue section.
A menu will open.
Click on the Territory you're having the Issue with.
If the Issue is not with a Specific Territory.
Select the All Territories item.

Click on the bar under the Which best describes the Issue section.
A menu will open.
Click on the Item that best describes the Issue.

In the Can you provide any details that would help us? section.
Give us as much Information as Possible about the Issue that you're having.
This will allow our Team to Investigate your Issue before we respond.
This will save A Lot of Time and Back and Forth.
This will help us Resolve your Issue A Lot faster.

Click on the bar under the Urgency of this Issue section.
A menu will open.
Click on the Item that best described the Urgency of the Issue.

Once you have all the Information filled out.
Click the SUBMIT TICKET button near the bottom right corner.
