Purpose:
Depending on the question, comment, technical issue, etc. it is more effective to submit a ticket to the support team.  Firstly, when a ticket is submitted we will have it on record and be able to refer to the ticket if need be in the future.  When a ticket is submitted, this allows multiple support team members to have their eyes on the ticket at one time.  Our support team members play different roles and submitting a ticket enables us to direct and give the needed assistance. Tickets are also great for if the issue or question requires some investigation.

  1.  Click on your name in the right hand corner.
  2.  Select 'Get Help'.
  3.  Locate the 'Submit a Ticket' section.
  4.  Click on 'Submit Ticket'.

Once you click on 'Submit Ticket', the ticket will populate.  Please provide as much detail as you can in order for us to be able to assist you accurately and quickly.  The ticket looks like this:
