offrs comes with an array of pre-populated Tags. They fall into three classes: Status, Descriptive, and GEO.
Below is a description of how certain tags are auto-assigned and what they indicate:
Hot: These people answered YES to our marketing center's phone survey question of "Are you interested in selling your house in the next 6
New: All new leads receive this tag for the first 30 days.
Nurture: After 'New' is removed, they receive this tag. If 'New' is removed before the 30 days is up, they do not receive this tag.
Smart Lead: A lead generated by the smart data that has a score >70 according to the algorithm.
Lookup Lead: A lead that has visited housevaluereport.com or one of your custom smart sites.
Verified Lead: A lead that has answered YES to the question "Are you interested in selling your house in the next year?" either through housevaluereport.com, one of your smart sites, or our marketing center's phone surveys.
Farm: A lead generated by offrs.com.
Sphere: A lead that is uploaded into the system by you.
Mortgage: A lead that has indicated through our marketing center's phone survey that they are interested in financing.
MLS: A property that our data informs us is currently listed.
Expired: A property whose listing has expired.
Company: A property owned by a company.
Routing: A lead that has been routed to you by a team leader.
Sold: A property that, according to our data providers, has sold. This tag stays on the property for 180 days.
Bonus Lead: A lead from a nearby, unoccupied territory. These leads DO NOT cost extra and are not exclusive. If you would not like to receive them, please let us know at offrs.com/ticket.
A territory number will be attached to any lead coming from one of your exclusive territories. If you give your tag an alias (see Editing a Tag) this alias will be attached instead of the territory number.
