Purpose:
Even after being shared on a team. The team leader still has to determine the level of access you have to their leads. We have multiple options with one being a share of the entire territory or territories.

IMPORTANT: Before you can share a territory with someone, they must first be added as a team member.

1. Click your name in the top right corner.

2. Select 'Account Settings.'

3. Scroll down until you locate the 'My People' module.

4. Select the 'Territory' option.

5. Click the three-line dropdown to the far right of the territory you are looking to share.

6. Select 'Share Territory'.

7. Click the top dropdown and select the team member(s) you want shared on the territory.

8. Under the 'See all Notes' dropdown:

  • No, only their notes - The team member(s) will only see the notes they leave.
  • Yes, all notes on people - The team member(s) will see notes from other team members and the team leader.

9. Under the 'Access Marketing Pool' dropdown:

  • No - The team member(s) will not have access to your monthly campaign allotments.
  • Yes - The team member(s) will have access to your monthly campaign allotments.

10. Under the 'Able to Download Data' dropdown:

  • No - The team member(s) will not be able to download a .csv file of the leads.
  • Yes - The team member(s) will be able to download a .csv file of the leads.

11. Under the 'Able to Share Territory' dropdown:

  • No - The team member(s) will not be able to bring on their own team members and share the territory with them.
  • Yes - The team member(s) will be able to bring on their own team members and share the territory with them.

12. Under the 'Share Territory' dropdown, always leave open to 'YES' unless indicated specifically by someone from offrs to do otherwise.

13. Click 'Save'.

(The territory information will take 48-72 hours to import into their account.)
