First, make sure that your Teams and Team Members are setup properly. 

You will need to Create a Team before you can add Team Members.

Now that you Team is Created.
You can now add Team Members.

Once your Team Members Accounts are Created.
They will not have any Access to your Data yet.
You have to decide how much Access you want to give them.

You can give them Full Access to your Territory.
Or give them a Platform Seat and assign Leads and Tags to them.
